Bartender
Job Description and Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Educate our guests about seltzer and the brewing process
- Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
- Prior taproom / bartending experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work long shifts on your feet
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse set of people
- Basic familiarity with tablet-based POS systems
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
- Ability to move full kegs with the aid of a dolly
- Know and respect local laws and rules regarding alcohol and Covid-19
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures in the Taproom/bathrooms to keep them clean and sanitized for our guests
- Basic money handling at the cash register
- Creative ideas for future cocktails and seltzer flavors
- Have a passion for Summit and our product, be a brand ambassador at all times
