Job Description and Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Educate our guests about seltzer and the brewing process
  • Flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
  • Prior taproom / bartending experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work long shifts on your feet
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse set of people
  • Basic familiarity with tablet-based POS systems
  • Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
  • Ability to move full kegs with the aid of a dolly
  • Know and respect local laws and rules regarding alcohol and Covid-19
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures in the Taproom/bathrooms to keep them clean and sanitized for our guests
  • Basic money handling at the cash register
  • Creative ideas for future cocktails and seltzer flavors
  • Have a passion for Summit and our product, be a brand ambassador at all times
